Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned in its original box, undamaged.
  • For hygiene reasons, items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@yasharyaz.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, where we cover all costs.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
